Once a bland sloping front lawn, now a bold and beautiful nod to natures ability to sustain herself when we give her the space. When lawn, a sloping front yard like this can create no end of headaches for mowing and maintenance.

One solution is to tier the slope with retaining walls to create level areas, however this is an expensive undertaking and interrupts the natural progression of stormwater throughout the landscape.

In fact, nature has its own strategies for gently retaining slopes such as robust plant root systems and rocks, just like our team have mimicked in this landscape renovation.
